No Shoes on Play Area
All shoes must be removed before entering any play area. Shoe racks are provided near each entrance.
Lululand Socks Required
All guests entering any play area must wear Lululand grip socks. Non-grip socks and bare feet are not permitted. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
No Food or Drinks on Play Area
Food and drinks are not allowed on any play equipment or padded surfaces. Please enjoy all snacks and beverages in the designated party or seating areas.
Outside Food Policy
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for guests with a booked birthday party package. Party hosts should coordinate with staff for food delivery and serving arrangements.
No Weapons
Weapons of any kind — including firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any item that could cause harm — are strictly prohibited on the entire premises.
Adult Supervision Required (Ages 18 & Under)
All guests aged 18 and under must be actively supervised by a responsible adult (age 18 or older) at all times. The supervising adult must remain on the premises and maintain visual contact with the minor(s).

Each attraction has its own safety rules. Guests and supervising adults must read and follow all posted rules before using any activity.
Height & Weight Restrictions May Apply
Certain attractions — including the rope course, Sky Coaster, and climbing walls — have minimum height and/or maximum weight limits. Check signage at each attraction or ask a staff member.
